Meaning of arthritis
Arthritis is an infection that can affect the
knees, the joints of the palm of the hand, or a section of the spine. The two
most common types of arthritis are: osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Pain and stiffness in the joints - these are the main symptoms of arthritis.
Less common types of arthritis may be the result
of other medical problems affecting other parts of the body, such as: Lupus
disease, which may affect the kidneys, lungs and joints, Psoriasis, which is
mainly a skin disease, sometimes affecting the joints as well.
The most common symptoms
of arthritis relate to the type of inflammation and may include:
ache
Stiffness
swelling
redness
A decrease in range of
motion.
Some (specific) types of
arthritis have symptoms and signs that affect other organs in the body. These
symptoms include:

Tired
Rash
Weight loss
Breathing problems
Dry eyes and mouth

pain, including:
1.Turmeric
Turmeric hails from
India and Indonesia, and was a staple of previous medicine. Turmeric greatly
helps relieve symptoms of osteoporosis, even in severe cases, by taking
measured doses of turmeric supplements daily. The reason for the benefits of
turmeric for joints in general may be due to the fact that it contains
anti-inflammatory compounds that help relieve any irritation or inflammation in
the joints, which greatly reduces its pain.

anti-inflammatory and analgesic, and it is frequently used on machines to
reduce inflammation, swelling, and pain, along with excellent immunity.

mastic (mastic), cinnamon and sesame oil, as a topical cream for pain relief.
3.olive oil
Adding fats to pathological fats, olive oil
contains a tasteless organic compound that helps prevent inflammation
associated with arthritis. This same compound blocks the same spine infections
as ibuprofen and aspirin, which are medicines that are usually based on
arthritis. I recommend using olive oil for vegetable oil or butter (substitute
it in equal or lesser amounts). If you are also trying to lose weight to
control arthritis, incorporate olive oil but be skimpy on amounts because all
fats (including fats in that fats like olive oil) are high in calories. For the
highest antioxidant content, choose "extra virgin" olive oil; The
higher it is, the higher it is, the more it is in the oil.

A recent American medical study indicated that
consuming cinnamon regularly helps relieve symptoms of arthritis because it
contains components that prevent cell damage. The study pointed out that
cinnamon, which is extracted from the bark of some tree species, contains
enzymes called "cinnamaldehyde" and "cinnamic" that are
characterized by their ability to prevent oxidation and thus stop cell damage
in the body.
The study, published by the American College of
Food, described cinnamon as an "effective and safe future treatment"
for arthritis that afflicts many people, especially the elderly. The study
showed that it was based on an experiment that included 36 women who were given
500 mg of cinnamon every day for 8 weeks.
“Experience has shown that consuming cinnamon can
be a safe and effective treatment for arthritis by relieving patients’ clinical
symptoms, ”she said. The study advised people suffering from arthritis to
consume cinnamon by adding it to their daily meals, noting that adding it to
some types of food increases its effectiveness.
