Of these dangerous diseases that cause human
death:
1- High blood pressure
2- Diabetes
3- Coronary artery disease
4- Fatty liver disease
5- Osteoporosis
6- Colon cancer
7- Nonmelanoma skin cancer
8- Chagas disease or American
trypanosomiasis
9- Hepatitis C
10- Cervical cancer
In our "herbalists blog", we'll
write about both these diseases and the herbs treated for each disease.
1- High blood pressure:
The patient is diagnosed with high blood
pressure when his blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or higher.
High blood pressure is often associated with a
variety of causes, such as stress, smoking, eating large amounts of salt,
anxiety, alcohol, lethargy, obesity, heredity, pill use or pain killers, kidney
diseases and adrenal diseases.
High blood pressure usually does not cause
visible and obvious symptoms, in some cases may cause headache, apnea or
nosebleeds, but these symptoms often appear when the pressure is dangerously
high.
2- Diabetes
Diabetes usually requires constant and regular
follow-up from the patient, and according to the International Diabetes
Federation, at least 387 million people around the world have type 1 or 2
diabetes and do not know they have it, so diabetes is a silent killer.
People with diabetes may develop symptoms such
as: severe thirst, hunger, sudden weight loss, frequent urination, slow wound
healing, persistent fatigue, and blurred vision.
Although the main cause of diabetes is still
unknown, some factors often play a big role, such as genetics, genes, poor
diet, obesity, lack of exercise and lack of mobility.
If a diabetic doesn't follow up well with your
doctor, it can lead to heart and kidney disease, amputation, clots, or loss of
vision.
3- Coronary artery disease
This disease is a common heart disease, caused
by the accumulation of plaque inside the walls of the arteries, and may cause
hyperaccumulation of plaque here to narrow these arteries over time and
eventually close completely, which may disturb the flow of blood circulation in
the body.
Over time, the disease may cause the heart
muscle to gradually weaken and the heart failure completely thereafter, and
several factors play a role in coronary artery disease, such as obesity,
genetics, poor diet, smoking, lack of mobility.
The disease does not cause any immediate
symptoms, but may even develop it long before you realize it exists, or may
even have a heart attack because of it and it seems surprising.
4- Fatty liver disease
It is a disease in which the liver is unable
to disassemble and analyze fat, which leads to its accumulation within the
liver tissue, and there are two types of this disease:
Alcoholic fatty liver, which, as its name
suggests, is caused by excessive alcohol intake.
Fatty liver is non-alcoholic, and this is not
a specific cause known to him until today.
In the early stages of the disease, there are
no symptoms in the patient and the disease is not serious, but over time the
accumulation of fat in the liver causes some kind of infection and damage, at
which point the disease becomes serious.
The chances of developing fatty liver disease
are higher in those who have the following factors:
- Perform gastric bypass surgery.
- High cholesterol.
Obesity.
- PCOS.
- Sleep apnea.
Type 2 diabetes.
- Lethargy of the thyroid and pituitary gland.
Especially in the late stages, the patient may
experience the following symptoms: upper right abdominal pain, fatigue and
fatigue, loss of appetite, general feeling of fatigue and disease.
5- Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis causes bone dysfunction, making
it thinner and weaker, a silent disease that does not cause any symptoms in its
early stages, making it very difficult to diagnose early and can be infected at
any age.
The first symptoms of this disease are usually
a painful fracture of the bones, and the disease may be accompanied by symptoms
such as: a marked decrease in height over time, back pain, curved height, bone
fractures as a result of falling even if the fall is simple.
The chances of developing the disease are
increased in females, especially from caucasian and Asian races, especially
after menopause, as well as other factors, such as genes, poor diet, lack of
mobility, smoking and taking certain medications.
Try to consult your doctor periodically, make
sure you move, eat calcium-rich foods, get enough vitamin D, and have healthy
habits.
6- Colon cancer
The third most common cancer in the United
States alone, the tumor rarely arises in the anus or colon overnight, but it develops gradually and initially forms small benign tumors, if
left untreated, they may become malignant over the years.
If diagnosed early, colon cancer can be 90%
complete. Although this type of cancer is not associated with any symptoms, your
observation of any of the following matters is worrying:
- Constipation or unexplained diarrhea.
- The presence of blood in the stool.
- Low blood count.
- Gases and abdominal pain.
- Weight loss for no apparent reason.
- Vomiting and nausea.
7- Non-melanoma skin cancer
Humans may develop this type of cancer in the
upper layers of the skin as a result of being overexposed to ultraviolet
radiation from the sun, or the use of tanning machines and artificial skin
tanning methods.
The chances of developing non-melanoma skin
cancer are higher among those who apply for the following:
- A relative of the family is infected with
it.
- The presence of a large number of moles and
freckles on the skin.
- Pale skin that is burned quickly.
- Over 40 years of age.
The first signs of infection are usually in
the form of a red bruise or a scaly skin patch that does not heal even weeks
after it appears.
Always consult your doctor periodically, avoid
direct sun exposure, especially during peak hours, and make sure to use
sunscreen regularly.
8- Chagas disease or American
trypanosomiasis
It is a disease caused mainly by parasites of
a certain type, caused by the bite of an insect carrying parasites called
trypanosomiasis, and in the early stages no symptoms appear despite the
presence of large amounts of these parasites transmitted in the bloodstream.
The first symptoms of the disease are usually:
- Visible sores (from where parasites entered
the body).
- Swelling of the eyelid (if parasites have
entered the body - through the eye).
- Fever, fatigue, fatigue, general pain in the
body with headache.
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Anorexia.
- Inflate and swollen glands.
When the disease becomes chronic, it can cause
serious heart and digestive problems that can be fatal.
The chances of infection are increased in the
following cases:
- Live in areas where disease-carrying insects
live, such as Mexico and South America.
- Get blood from an infected donor.
9- Hepatitis C
It is an contagious disease that affects the
liver and affects many people annually, and has several different types:
Hepatitis A and hepatitis C: the result of
eating contaminated foods or drinks.
- Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis D: It
occurs as a result of injecting contaminated blood, at birth or intimacy.
Hepatitis is an autoimmune disease and can
also be caused by excessive alcohol intake. The virus may exist in the body for
several years without symptoms, and when symptoms appear they are often as
follows:
- Fatigue and muscle pain.
- Larvae.
- Pale stools.
- Mild fever.
- Vomiting and diarrhea.
10-Cervical
According to the World Health Organization, cervical cancer is the fourth most deadly and most common cancer among women, especially in developing countries. This cancer affects cervical cells and does not cause any symptoms in its early stages.
If not diagnosed early, this cancer may spread to the bladder, liver, intestines and lungs, and in the later stages of it, women may experience pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding.
The disease is caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), which is transmitted through sexual contact, and the immune system is often able to resist the virus, but sometimes it may not be possible to cause cervical cancer.
The chances of developing this cancer are increased by the following factors:
- Smoking.
- Recurrent births or long-term use of pills.
- Obesity.
- Having sexual
relations with more than one partner.
Note: These diseases may not be diagnosed until very late, and it may be difficult to remedy or save the condition, it is necessary to check regularly from time to time to assure our health
